SUBSTANCE: in method of preparing metalocene having bridge bonds with identical ligands carried out in situ, substituted cyclopentadiene A is reacted with at least one base and subsequently with at least with one bridge bond formation agent and at least with one metal-containing component. Substituted cyclopentadiene is indene derivative which contains C₁-C₂₀ alkyl group in position 2 in five-membered ring and unsubstituted or containing one or more C₁-C₂₀ hydrocarbon groups in six membered ring, two or more C₁-C₂₀ hydrocarbon groups forming cyclic system. Method is simple to carry out and requires less labor expenditure. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method.
