FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, particularly to out-furnace treatment of steel. Method includes steel discharge from steel-making vessel into casting ladle, feeding of deoxidising agent into ladle, alloying and slag-forming materials in the form of calcium-bearing materials, blowing of steel in ladle by neutral gas. After filling of ladle into steel it is introduced calcium-bearing material by portions with consumption in each portion in the range 0.2-2.0 kg/t of steel. Overall consumption of calcium-bearing material are installed depending on mass fraction of active oxygen in steel before introduction of calcium-bearing material, mass fraction of calcium in calcium-bearing material, coefficient, describing assimilation intensity of ring steel and its deoxidation, equal to 22000-27000 kg/t. During the period of calcium-bearing material feeding steel is blown by neutral gas with consumption 0.001-0.007 m3/min during 1-5 min. Then aluminium is introduced in the form of rolled wire with consumption 0.05-1.0 kg/t of steel. In the capacity of calcium-bearing material there are used calcium-silicon or ferro-calcium.
EFFECT: invention usage provides reduction of nonmetallic inclusions in steel.
