FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; treatment of steel in steel-teeming ladle.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes tapping of melt from converter to ladle, delivery of deoxidizers, alloying and slag-forming materials in the course of tapping and blowing the melt in ladle with neutral gas. After filling of ladle, aluminum is introduced in two portions in melt in form of rods; consumption of aluminum in first portion is set by the following dependence: M1=0.1[0]/K1+1000(0.015-0.050)/K2; then, melt is blown with neutral gas at flow rate of 0.001-0.007 m3/(t·min) during 2-6 minutes, after which second portion of aluminum is introduced into melt at consumption determined from the following dependence: M2=(0.1-0.7)M1; then, melt is blown with neutral gas at flow rate of 0.0005-0.0055 m3/(t·min) during 2-6 min.
EFFECT: reduction of consumption of alumo-containing materials; reduced content of oxide inclusions in metal.
