FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrometallurgy, particularly to extraction method of nickel and cobalt from ores and materials. Method includes leaching of metals, sorption for ionite of nickel and cobalt and ionite regeneration. Additionally leaching is implemented by solution of sulfuric acid at presence of ionite at pH less than 1.8. Received pulp is separated from ionite, it is neutralised up to pH 1.8-4.0 and contacting to ionic-form ionite. Ionite after contact with pulp at pH 1.8-4.0 is directed to leaching at pH less than 1.8.
EFFECT: increasing of extraction ratio of nickel and cobalt and reduction of chemicals consumptions.
