FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, in particular, to heaters operating on fluid fuel, and can be used in production and operation of automotive vehicles. The proposed prestart heater comprises combustion chamber, nozzle arrange inside the said chamber, solenoid valve to feed fuel into the said nozzle, solenoid valve switch, ignition device, ignition spark-plug connected to the said ignition device and arranged inside aforesaid combustion chamber, ignition device switch, relay with NC-contacts connected in parallel with solenoid valve switch coupled with ignition device switch for synchronous cutting in/out, two isolated electrodes arranged inside aforesaid combustion chamber, in the nozzle flame area. In compliance with this invention, proposed heater additionally comprises DC amplifier, capacitor and resistor, both connected in parallel to amplifier input and with one of the electrodes and ground. The second electrode is connected with power supply. Electromagnetic relay winding is connected in series with the amplifier output transistor.
EFFECT: higher stability of operation at various temperatures, safe operation.
