FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to heating systems for combustion engines in the winter time for remote start. A device for prestart heating of a stationary engine of internal combustion, including a tank with combustible liquid, connected by pipelines with shut-off and control valves equipped with an electric drive, with nodes for heating the battery and crankcase, moreover, the heating unit of a battery includes a burner equipped with electric ignition and consisting of a pipe filled with a wick, made of heat-resistant porous material connected to the bottom of a distribution pipe and covered with a cylindrical thermal jacket, plugged from the lower annular end face, the upper part of the pipe and the thermal jacket with the formation of annular air channel are closed by a flame arrester, a heat chamber is a duct equipped with a lower pipe, in which the battery is placed with the formation of gas gaps, closed dual-slop lid, with a longitudinal gap, the upper part of the flame arrester is placed in the lower part of the heat chamber through the lower pipe with the formation of the second annular air channel, the lid of the flame arrester of the burner is closed on top of the horizontal safety plate, a crankcase preheater unit consists of a heat pan, fitted with several lower pipes, into which burners are inserted, connected to the bottom of the distribution pipeline.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of prestart heating of a stationary internal combustion engine.
