FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline construction and can be used in cleaning and depositing protective coating on the inner surface of pipes. Air-tight disc-shaped metal membranes with annular seals and packing rings are provided with axial supports for loading packing rings, actuators for tightening the disc-shaped metal membranes, which form two adjacent air-free volumes, one for plasma cleaning device, and the other - for multicomponent magnetron evaporator. The device is provided with systems for discharging working gases into the cleaning zone and zone for depositing coating and is made with possibility of creating a vacuum in the given compartments.
EFFECT: wider range of equipment.
