SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to allergology and immunology, microbiology, pharmacology, to clinical pharmacology and can be used for monitoring of a condition of cellular immunity at immunodeficient conditions. The way of revealing of disturbance of function of phagocytes is declared at development of the chronic relapsing infectious processes, consisting that leucocytes are allocated from blood of the patient, washed from serum, enzymatic activity of phagocytes is estimated, activity of esterase and the average cytochemical indicator is defined, differing that in addition functional activity of phagocytes on the fixed cells is estimated, including definition of receptors of cells, by means of a set of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies a method of immuno-fluorescence with use of a postvital staining, chemotaxis of phagocytes is investigated in vitro, a chemotaxis index is defined, and in addition an expression index, index of activity of esterases and index of total cytochemical factor are calculated.

EFFECT: high detailed elaboration of elements of disturbance of function of the phagocytes, allowing differentiating disturbance kind more precisely.
