FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a diagnostic technique for disturbed phagocytosis in children. Substance of the method consists in analysing suspended leukocytes and particles containing leukocyte chemo-attractants specified among native grains of timothy, barnyard grass, small-leaf lime, common privet dusts in the relation of 5-30 leukocytes per 1 particle at microscope magnification 15×25. The suspension is applied on a slide glass as a monolayer that is followed by measuring a leukocyte attachment particle count before the microscopic incubation; the suspension is incubated with the slide glass placed horizontally; the leukocyte attachment particle count after the microscopic incubation is measured. If the pre-incubation count is less than 32% and the post-incubation count is less than 60%, the disturbed phagocytosis is diagnosed in children.
EFFECT: using the declared method provides higher analysis accuracy.
