FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device is intended for butter production and may be used at dairy industry and farming enterprises. The device consists of a framework 1 with a vessel 4 hinged to it. The vessel 4 cavity contains rigidly fixed perforated beaters 3 made in the form of plates wherethrough a rod 11 passes; the rod is also equipped with perforated plates 13. The plates 13 perforation is different from perforation of the vessel 4 plates 3 both in form and in size. The rod 11 is connected to a vibratory drive 14 which is connected to a control unit 16 via an executive mechanism 15. The control unit 16 is connected to a raw material delivery tap 19 and a hydrocylinder 6 via executive mechanisms 17 and 18; it is also connected to raw material level and viscosity sensors 20, 21, 22 and also to the lid 8 position sensor. The vessel 4 also has a lid 9 installed on the butt -end wall of the vessel 4 on the side of hinged fixation to the framework 1. The lid 9 and the device elements connected to it represent the product discharge system.
EFFECT: improvement of device operating characteristics due to increase of its productiveness and unloading time reduction.
