FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: pork is cut and chopped. The listed ingredients are mixed with drinking water, table salt and hot black pepper to obtain farce. Obtained farce is steeped into liaison, breaded in wheat crumbs and fried in tallow to produce schnitzels. Asparagus and herbs are cut and frozen. The listed components are mixed with table salt under oxygen-free conditions. Schnitzels, obtained mixture and melted fat are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
