SUBSTANCE: method of treating a tooth comprises three stages: application of a solution of a metal salt onto the tooth; immersing the said tooth into an ionisable substance, different from the said metal salt; and applying electric current onto the said tooth for ionisation of the said ionisable substance. There are two devices in the group of inventions, one of which is meant for realising the first stage of the method, and the second for the second and third stages. The device for applying solution of a metal salt onto the tooth, placed on gums, includes a spoon for moulding teeth, which has top and bottom parts, a seal nose on the top part and absorbing material on the bottom part. The dental device includes: an applicator for applying substance onto the tooth, where the applicator has first and second ends, and first and second electrodes, attached to the first and second ends of the applicator, respectively.
