FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to disposable devices, applied by ambulances and services of emergency medical care for fixation of upper and lower extremities and necks of injured people. Transporting immobilising collapsible splint contains base from laminar moisture-resistant crimped carton, on whose surface made are longitudinal and transverse guide lines for modelling splint size in accordance with volume and length and fixers of splint in working position. Splint base is made with possibility of fixation on lower extremity by means of bandages and contains rest for shin and rest for foot, made in form of single plate from moisture-resistant carton. Longitudinal and transverse guide lines for modelling splint size in accordance with volume and length are made in form of hitches. For folding splint in length during transportation transverse guide lines in form of hitches are made on plate surface. For splint fixation in working position in area of connection of splint shin rest and foot rest on plate made are transverse cuts, on both sides of which from each side pair fixers are placed. In accordance with the second version of splint implementation splint base is made with possibility of fixation of upper extremity by means of bandages and cravat bandage and contains support for shoulder and support for forearm and hand. For fixation of splint in working position in the area of connection of shoulder support and forearm and hand support transverse cuts are made on plate. In accordance with the third version of implementation splint contains connected to each other two bases from sheet crimped moisture-resistant carton and fixers of splint base by height and in working position. Splint is made in form of collar and contains upper base, under which lower mobile base is placed. For modelling of splint-collar size by height fixers of splint-collar in working position in form of "Velcro" fasteners are placed on upper and lower mobile bases. For modelling of splint-collar size by length "Velcro" fasteners are mounted on ends of upper base. In order to avoid trauma in the process of product application, edges of splint-collars are closed with paper tape. In order to ensure patients comfort chin area of collar is equipped with specific softening roller from isolon.
EFFECT: high reliability of fixation of extremity injured area without causing additional trauma and pain to patient, minimal time for bringing splint in working position, comfort and efficiency of its application in medical practice.
