SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for transportation of injured people and immobilisation of traumatised body parts in short time, as well as for treatment of injuries of bone skeleton: thoracic cage, different parts of spine, pelvis bones and segments of lower extremities and for emergency arrest of bleeding. Transportation and medical splint for musculoskeletal apparatus, which contains lodgements for head, thoracic and pelvic parts of spine, rests for segments of lower extremities, extensible sliders, fixing belts. Lodgements are made by human external contours. Lodgements of thoracic and pelvic parts are provided with guiding bushings with fixers, in which extensible sliders with circulatory grooves, connecting thoracic and pelvic lodgements, are installed. In guiding bushing of thoracic lodgement in mobile manner installed is extensible slider on upper end of which on axial hinge installed is lodgement for head with possibility of travel in sagittal plane. Into guiding bushings of pelvic lodgements installed are four extensible sliders for lower extremities, which pass through cuffs, installed in semi-ellipse supports for knee joint, on distal ends of which in mobile way installed are platforms for feet with backs and side edges with possibility of fixation. Lodgements are provided with staple-shaped handles, on which fastened are fixing belts with pneumotampons, the latter are installed also in mobile way on extensible sliders, connecting thoracic and pelvic lodgements, extensible sliders for lower extremities and on platforms for feet in area of ankle joint bend.

EFFECT: transportation and medical splint ensures immobilisation of different parts of body of injured person, with possibility of traction of all parts of spine, reposition of fractures, arrest of bleedings, as well as reduces risk of trauma shock.
