FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns medicine. The inhaler contains the case with an internal cavity in which the capsule with an inhalated powder medical product is located, and at least, one air channel located on a tangent to an internal cavity of the case, a mouthpiece with the central channel for passage of air and the inhalated powder medical product transferred by it, connected with an internal cavity of the case. The inhaler also contains the device located in the case for punching holes in placed in a cavity of the case to a capsule of apertures through which at air absorption in the case through the air channel the powder medical product from the punched capsule gets to a vortical stream of air which is flowing round a capsule in an internal cavity of the case. The device for punching a hole in a capsule consists of two located against each other spring-actuated buttons; each of them has, at least, one punch. The mouthpiece fastens to case edge pivotally with possibility of turn round an axis, a perpendicular longitudinal axis of an inhaler, from the open position, allowing to place in the case a capsule with a powder medical product, in the closed position in which the powder medical product from the punched capsule gets to a stream of air inhaled by the user. Application of an inhaler for introduction in an organism of a medical product, suitable for treatment of asthma or chronic obstructive disease of lungs by pulmonic inhalation is possible.

EFFECT: treatment of various respiratory diseases, such as asthma and chronic obstructive disease of lungs.
