FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to extrusion nozzle for extrusion of hollow profiles. Nozzle head is connected to distribution part and creates extrusion channels for moulding of shaped sections. Between nozzle head and distribution part there is a distribution chamber provided that passes across extrusion channels. On its periphery, chamber is connected to annular channel for polymer material loading with melt. Extrusion channels of nozzle head diverge from distribution chamber. Distribution part has internal channel that ends inside annular channel in distribution chamber for additional loading of distribution chamber with polymer material melt. Opposite flows from polymer melt of annular channel and internal channel meet at least in area of one extrusion channel. Channels flow out through this extrusion channel, in order to avoid stagnation zones in distribution chamber.
EFFECT: provision of possibility to manufacture hollow sections without damage of thermally unstable melts of polymer materials.
