FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of transportation helicopters with cargo compartment. Proposed transportation helicopter comprises cargo compartment with cargo door closed by ramp (5) hinged to cargo compartment floor and furnished with a hatch arranged in symmetry with helicopter lengthwise axis. Aforesaid hatch has covers (6) and ramp hatch cover hinge axes are arranged parallel to the axis of symmetry of helicopter to allow swinging inside cargo compartment. Box-type screen (9) is mounted outside the ramp in the hatch opening to turn relative to the opening both inside and outside the cargo compartment and to be locked in intermediate positions. Aforesaid screen allows gun mounting as well as that of detachable balancing floor.

EFFECT: higher safety, improved aerodynamic performances.
