FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to appliances of instantaneous separation of space-rocket structures and can be used in aircraft engineering and other industries where instantaneous remote-control separation of structural elements is required. Proposed device comprises the casing and detonating elongated charge arranged in a shell. The casing is formed by structural elements to be separated. Aforesaid thin-wall shell is made from tough steels. The shell cross section represents an oval, its longer opposite sides being straight and parallel. Aforesaid elongated charge is located at the shell centre, while the space between the charge and shell is filled by transmitting medium. Straight parallel sides of the shell are arranged perpendicular to preset direction of elements scatter. Separable elements are jointed in overlap and locked by fasteners.

EFFECT: reduced impact loads.
