FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves covalent bonding of ligands of protein nature with a modified carrier. The carrier used is aluminium silicate, which contains magnetite. The carrier is modified by a 1-5% solution of carboxymethylated lignine. Subsequent activation of the sorbent is done using carbodiimide (N-cyclohexyl-N'-(2-morpholinoethyl)-carbodiimide-methyl-n-toluene sulphonate). Sensitivity of polarisation fluoroimmunoassay using magnoimmunosorbents is 101 m.t./ml on corpuscular antigen and 25-50 ng/ml on water-soluble antigen.
EFFECT: method allows for obtaining magnoimmunosorbents with high specific capacity.
