FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the development of oil deposits on a transient cyclical injection mode. Method of developing an oil reservoir in an unsteady cyclic injection mode involves the extraction of oil through production wells and the injection of a liquid working agent into injection wells in a cyclic mode with specified injection parameters. Cyclic mode is performed by repeatedly creating a pulse of reservoir pressure through a combination of injection pressure pulses of different time and amplitude. Change the mode of the working agent injection in the injection well is carried out by the movement in the shut-off device of the closure element. Locking element is performed with a predetermined number and size of the through-holes. Closure element is moved from one predetermined position thereof to another predetermined position, opening or closing a predetermined passage opening for a predetermined time interval. Pulsed flow of the liquid working agent into the injection well is carried out in the state of pulsation, turning into a turbulent mode. Device includes an injection well with wellhead shut-off valves, a stop-by-pass device with a shut-off element and tubing. Closure element is made with the possibility of reciprocating motion. Closure element is moved by means of a control signal from the control station. Control signal is fed to the actuator of the bypass device. Control station includes a control device. Control device is a control computer or a control controller with software.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency in oil production from the reservoir, improving the speed of control and the quality of monitoring the process of remote and online control and control of pumping and production of oil.
