FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention elates to technology of gas-and-oil producing industry and can be used for regulation of parametres of medium flow, particularly regulation of medium consumption, pressure difference, pressure in pipe string, bottomhole or annular pressure, as at extraction of fluid, as and at discharge of actuating medium into well. Removable double-ended regulator contains casing with side jet openings and axial pass, located between fishing head and shank end, in which there are implemented hydraulic channels for communication to medium. In casing it is installed cross solid partition, separating cavity of casing for two noncommunicating cavities, and side jet openings are implemented in casing before and after partition. External diametre of casing part, in which there are implemented side jet openings, yield to external diametre of the rest part of casing. Invention is developed in dependent claims.

EFFECT: increase of effectiveness and service life of extractive and/or forcing stratums of wells ensured by reduction of intensity of washing out of inner surfaces of regulator's casing.
