FIELD: communication facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns data transfer in wired or wireless communication systems. To achieve the effect, each of first multiple access terminals includes: receiver; memory environment configured to store instructions; and at least one processor communicated to receiver and memory environment and capable of instruction pack processing for: processing of signals presented by the receiver for interval distribution, where each interval is related to multiple access mode; processing of signals presented by the receiver for making of scheduling solution regarding interval related to first multiple access mode, where interval is divided into first and second parts, and firs part includes maintenance channels; selection of data multiplexing mode where first mode includes introduction of user data only to the first part of interval related to the first multiple access mode, using multiplex format; second mode includes introduction of user data only in at least one subdivision of the second part of interval related to the first multiple access mode where each of at least one subdivision is related to multiplex format; and third mode includes introduction of user data to the interval related to the first multiple access mode, by combination of first and second modes; and command delivery to transmitter for transmission of user data within the interval related to the first multiple access mode, using selected data multiplexing mode according to the scheduling solution.
EFFECT: enhanced data bandwidth in feedback channel.
