SUBSTANCE: method provides for extracting orange zest by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparing artichoke, cutting it, drying in microwave field at specified process parametres and roasting it, roasting grapes seeds, mixing artichoke with grapes seeds in mass ratio of 7:3, impregnating by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisating to atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing mixture and cryo-mincing it in escaped nitrogen medium.
EFFECT: obtaining flavoured coffee beverage according to non-waste technology.
