FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: operative trauma with disturbed blood supply of ileum site adjacent to ileocecal angle is modelled that is ensured by transection of terminal portion of ileocecal angle and formation of end-to-end anastomosis. Marginal mesenterial vessels are ligated. One arcade is spaced from ileocecal angle so that one arcade and a part of the following arcade are completely removed from blood flow, while anastomosis suture line is equally-spaced from borders of ischemic region of ileum. Then anastomosis is obduced with greater omentum completely. Greater omentum is caught up to mesentery within its avascular region so that greater omentum covers ischemic region of ileum along with anastomosis. Method allows for sensitivity analysis of greater omentum on higher reliability of intestinal anastomosis in experiment on modelled operative trauma with disturbed blood supply of ileum site.
EFFECT: improved trophism of enterostomy in disturbed blood supply of intestinal wall providing leak-integrity of anastomosis.
