SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment. An invalid cart elevator comprises a wheeled base, a shaft mounted on the base, adjacent to a drive and provided with a pair of levers attached thereto, and a bed comprising separate mobile, e.g. yawing, flat elastic lodgements fixed at least in two positions and mobile arms fixed on the ends. The arms represent brackets and are fixed in any position along a crosstop pivotally connected to levers.
EFFECT: cross-travel mechanism becomes simpler and makes it possible to aid a patient by one person while moving from a bedstead (an operational table) to the bed and back.
