FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. A patient lift trolley accommodates a wheeled frame, a drive-connected shaft mounted on the frame and having a pair of rigidly connected levers pivotally connected by support brackets to a handbarrow. The handbarrow is presented as flat lodgements movable, e.g. rotatable about a vertical axis, and mounted on supporting arms locked from rotation about long axes and arranged symmetrically from a long axis of the handbarrow on two bearing beams with a possibility of being fixed in any position along the bearing beams. The beams are formed of several joints rotatable and fixed in any position of one part in relation to the other one. The support brackets rigidly connect middle sections of the bearing beam joints, and the frame is provided with a folding step.

EFFECT: invention enables decreasing the width of the handbarrow and lift trolley.
