SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to massage and can be used for personal relaxation. Said practice involves massage to relaxation signs. The massage session represents scraping with masseur's nail edges over the patient's skin with efforts to evoke pleasurable sensations to be stopped with over-painful discomfort. Massage session is sequential: starting with upper limbs, then breast, stomach, back, further pelvis and lower limbs after all.
EFFECT: method allows developing patient's relaxation rather rapidly.
