SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely physiotherapy, phthisiology and paediatrics. It involves exposure to low intensity IR laser light. It covers 2 fields, 30 sec daily for therapeutic course of 10 procedures. Every other day parasternal zone of 2^nd intercostal space is changed with paravertebral zones at Th3-4 level exposed to laser beam of power flux density 150 mW/cm² in continuous mode.

EFFECT: method provides recovery of normoergic tuberculin-sensitivity combined with considerable improvement of physical development, state of immune and respiratory systems.
