FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: peripheral venous blood is taken to measure stimulated IFN-γ in heparinized blood by immunoenzyme technique. CD4+CD27- lymphocytes are measured in heparinized whole blood by laser flow cytofluorometry. The presence of tuberculosis infection is stated in the individuals having a negative Diaskin-test in a combination with total increase of stimulated IFN-γ of more than 18.0 pg/ml and CD4+CD27- of more than 15.0%.

EFFECT: invention enables diagnosing tuberculosis infection in the suspect individuals having negative Diaskin-tests by evaluating in vitro the immune response to Diaskin antigens.
