FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: intended for use in chemical industry in production of materials used in filtering devices of protective equipment, in technical devices of engineering ecology. Method of obtaining hemosporption filtering material lies in impregnation of activated nonwoven linen with further lying and drying. Impregnation is carried out in 5-9% solution of aluminium chloride hydrolysed with additional introduction into solution of plasticising additive - ethylene glycol in amount 60-90 ml per 1000 ml of solution. Hemosorption material contains operational layer from fibres of nonwoven linen obtained by impregnation with said above solution. Material has surface density 180-220 g/m2. Respirator contains framework, obturator, head-band with fixing elements, half mask, made from flat workpiece with filtering and sorption-absorbing layers, exhale valve and nose clip.
EFFECT: as sorption-absorbing material used is said above hemosorption material based on hemosorption filtering material, which allows to provide efficient protection against vapour-gaseous and aerosol (dust, smoke, fog) hazardous chemical substances (HCS) in concentration 10-20 MPC of said substances in operation zone air.
