FIELD: construction, road engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to hydrotechnical construction of flexible protective coats of underwater surfaces of bank sides, dams, pipelines fill. Universal flexible protective concrete coat comprises concrete blocks connected to each other by concreted rope and arranged in the form of double-sided truncated pyramids with common large rectangular base and smaller tops. Concrete blocks are arranged as asymmetrical relative to plane of common rectangular base of pyramids. Gasket made of synthetic cloth is inserted into blocks, which covers gaps between blocks and exits beyond limits of concrete coat.
EFFECT: makes it possible to increase strength and operational reliability of protective coat of underwater surfaces.
