FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of temporary highways, take-off and landing sites for helicopters, car parking and other equipment, fastening slopes during construction of foundation structures, caponiers and shelters for military equipment and personnel. Concrete blocks are delivered to assembly point as separate elements. At the installation site, concrete blocks are connected to webs of the required size by means of connecting elements. Root-welded metal rods which are reinforced concrete blocks and serve as a base for rings fixation are fixed in each concrete block. Connecting elements are connected through the rings to connect each of the blocks to adjacent neighbouring blocks. Prism elements located on the bottom surface of each unit fix it and the web, on the whole, on the base (dumping or soil) on the place of the web mounting.

EFFECT: technical result is improved reliability of adhesion of cloth with soil, simplified technology of making webs without using special heavy equipment due to delivery to the mounting site of individual concrete blocks and their connection to the web at the installation site.
