FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drives for pipeline fittings control and is intended for use in pipeline transport for working medium flow control. Electric drive for stop valves contains housing. In the housing shafts of electric motor and manual backup are installed perpendicular to one another. Gear wheels are rigidly settled on shafts. Gear wheels are moved into engaged position by mechanism of switching from electric control to manual control. Electric motor shaft is connected with input shaft of reduction gear. Switching mechanism is made as eccentric bushing. manual backup shaft is mounted in the housing using eccentric bushing. The bushing is fitted with arm for its turning. Manual backup shaft consists of two half-shafts. One half-shaft carries steering wheel. The second half-shaft has gear wheel. The half-shafts are interconnected via yoke and sprocket of double bilateral free-wheeling clutch. Inner surface of eccentric bushing is the holder of the clutch.
EFFECT: structure reliability improvement and drive design simplification.
