FIELD: manufacture of fittings; control of shut-off pipe line fittings. SUBSTANCE: arranged in housing of reduction gear of electric motor drive are worm wheel, worm made integral with worm shaft and jaw clutch which is engageable in turn with gear wheel cams or with flywheel cams. Gear wheel is kinematically linked with electric motor shaft. Mechanism for positive motion of clutch is made in form of cam gear whose cam is mounted in housing of hand-operated standby and is kinematically linked with jaw clutch by means of pin. Working profile of cam is regularly engageable with projection located in circular slot on face surface of cam gear wheel during its turn. Jaw clutch is pressed to cams of gear wheel by means of spring fitted on end of worm shaft. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 4 dwg
