FIELD: control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control valves of pipeline valves and is used in pipeline transport to control flow of working medium. Electric drive with manual override comprises housing, input shaft of reduction gearbox, motor shaft, flywheel shaft, mechanism for switching from electrical control to manual, coupling, which includes first and second half-couplings, from which the first half-coupling is installed on the input shaft of the reduction gear with possibility of axial movement relative to the input shaft of the reduction gear, and the second half-coupling is installed coaxially to the input shaft of the reduction gear. Mating end surfaces of both half-couplings are equipped with engagement elements. First half-coupling is fixed in circumferential direction relative to the input shaft of the reduction gear, the second half-coupling is braked in relation to the housing and is in constant engagement with the gear wheel rigidly installed on the flywheel shaft. Electric motor shaft is fixedly connected to the drive element installed inside the input shaft of the reduction gear. Reduction input shaft is equipped with transverse bore. First half-coupling is equipped with a triangular hole. Driving element is equipped with driving pin arranged inside transverse and triangular holes with possibility of actuating rod displacement within transverse and triangular holes. Mechanism of switching from electric to manual control is made in the form of a lever for axial movement of the first half-coupling to the position of engagement with the second half-clutch.

EFFECT: this allows safe switching of actuator from electric control to manual control and back.
