FIELD: armaments.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method and device designed to produce radially perforated cylindrical powder tubes. Proposed powder tube is fixed and centered between its open ends. Then it is perforated with the help of one or more needles that move in needle perforator at least from the main part of the powder tube cylindrical wall.
EFFECT: higher rate of charge combustion.
