SUBSTANCE: application: for definition of pipe internal diametre. Device for definition of pipe internal diametre comprises facility of signal pickup, facility for signal transmission, source of exciting oscillations and facility for registration and processing of signals, besides, facility for signal transmission is arranged in the form of at least two transmitting coils, and facility for signal pickup is arranged in the form of at least two receiving coils, moreover, measurements are carried out at two fixed frequencies, and to identify internal diametre of pipe, only amplitude values of EMF are used in at least two receiving coils.

EFFECT: increased range of values of measured diametres with preset error.
