FIELD: physics, measurements.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to metering equipment, in particular to vibration gyroscopic instruments intended for measurement of angular velocity. Gyroscope comprises rotor unit made of single plate of silicon monocrystal from resiliently joined rotor and hub, insulation plate with electrodes and service electronics. Besides insulation plate is rigidly fixed to gyroscope body, and hub is installed on it via basing pads with creation of gap between insulation plate and rotor, which is arranged in the form of "П"-shaped frame, perpendicularly to side walls of which symmetrically to its link there are two rods installed of rectangular section each. Middle part of frame link is connected to hub by means of flat spring, plane of which is orthogonal to rods. On insulation plate there are two rectangular plates rigidly fixed with gap relative to appropriate rods on their one side, and thicknesses of these plates are equal to thicknesses of rods, and under rods, two electrodes are created by metallisation, moreover these electrodes, rectangular plates and hub have contact sites for electric connection to service electronics. Besides rectangular plates may be connected to hub by means of flat links, plane of which is parallel to plane of insulation plate. Two rectangular plates may also be additionally inserted into gyroscope, and they are rigidly fixed on insulation plate with gap relative to appropriate rods opposite to the first two plates, besides, each of additional plates is electrically connected to that of the first two plates, which is located opposite the other rod, size of cross section of flat spring may be selected from certain ratio.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and sensitivity of measurements with simultaneous reduction of manufacturing labour intensiveness due to simplification of elastic suspension design and shape of gyroscope rotor.
