SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ways, systems and computer software products for representation of various types of electronic messages in the general interface. Devices of electronic messages are stored in a database of devices together with other types of devices, such as contacts, devices of folders, devices of documents etc. Devices of electronic messages have some data fields with general determination and, probably, other data fields with various definition which represent characteristic for the concrete report and (or) property propositions. Computer systems can request a database of devices concerning data concerning the message (for example, from fields with general determination) and to map references on concerning the conferring data in the blanket interface of an exchange of messages. References to various types of electronic messages (presented by characteristic for the concrete report and (or) message properties) can be mapped in the general interface of an exchange by messages.

EFFECT: increase of convenience of using by electronic messages of various type and, in particular, increase of velocity of search in electronic messages.
