FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed bridge circuit of valve converter controlled by starting pulses of control circuit (AST) is synchronised with power supply circuit and has its tree inputs (1U1, 1V1, 1W1) connected to phases (U, V, W) of three-phase circuit. Bridge circuit two (1C1, 1D1) are connected to DC motor (MOT). The latter returns power via the said bridge circuit to three-phase circuit in generating conditions. Control unit (ALE) that generates control pulses subject to the control over electrical and time parameters controls the damper. In compliance with the invention, measured values of output DC current and/or supply circuit voltages are used to determine characteristic parametres to be compared to theoretical parametres. The said comparison results are used to activate the damper.
EFFECT: fast operation and higher reliability.
