FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: plant for melange boiling by dielectric heating is assembled on aluminium working table. There are microwave emitters sequentially installed inside of screen casing. There is fluoroplastic tube horizontally put through their working chambers. Fluoroplastic tube is connected to aluminium tube outside the microwave emitters. Dielectric puck conveyor is circulating through the horizontally put tube. There are four knee bends and electric actuator providing conveyor circulation. Receiving tank for melange is mated to the tube through nipple with dosing faucet. Receiving tank is set before microwave emitters. There is an unload hatch outside the microwave emitter connected to end products container. Aside from the common microwave emitters are put into a separate screen casing.
EFFECT: increased melange boiling productivity due to using energy of superhigh-frequency during product mechanical transportation.
