FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food cooking, in particular egg boiling. Powered egg boiling plant by dielectric heating contains a raw of microwave ovens set with interval longer than its length on upper surface of mounting table. Mounting table is made of non-ferromagnetic material and as of two parallel surfaces. Table lower surface is proposed for bearing rolls of conveyor's empty belt. Pulling chagreen of dielectrical roller conveyor is going through microwave ovens. In front and back walls of every oven and in its screen casings there are windows cut for pulling chagreen with backlash as long half of wave-length. Every microwave oven contains individual screen casing made of non-ferromagnetic material. Dielectric squared shape gutter is put along pulling chagreen of dialectical rolling conveyor. Side walls of this gutter are stoppers and guideways of pulling chagreen of rolling conveyor. Head and tail assembly of rolling conveyor are set on butts outside of microwave ovens.
EFFECT: increased productivity of egg boiling by alternative method without water due to using cycle effect of microwaves.
