SUBSTANCE: presence of chronic disease is determined at decompensation and-or incompetence of the vital organs and-or systems of organs of an organism. At disease revealing the value peer 1% is established, presence of an acute disease or an exacerbation of chronic disease, at a decompensation and-or incompetences of the vital organs and-or organism systems, and at disease revealing the value peer 2% is established, presence of a decompensation and-or an incompetence of the vital organ and-or organism system, and at disease revealing the value peer 25% is established. Forecasting of treatment results of the patient in a critical condition on the basis of lethal outcome probability is calculated under the formula: PM=C+A+IF, where PM - predicted mortality - probability of a lethal outcome in %, C - chronic - the sum of the revealed chronic disease value; A - acute - the sum of the revealed chronic disease value or exacerbations of chronic disease; IF - insufficiency, failure - the sum of the revealed vital organs and-or organism systems, their severity level is "incompetence" or "decompensated insufficiency".

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of forecasting and reduction of time of forecasting of lethal outcome probability at patients with insufficiency and decompensation of 1-4 vital organs and organism systems.
