SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and oncocoloproctology, and can be used in health care for practical simplification and optimization of parameters of risk assessment of postoperative complications in comorbid patients with colon cancer. Following factors are assessed in the patients: age, presence of cardiovascular pathology, haemoglobin level, plasma K+ level, blood glucose level (BGL), blood urea level, body weight index, weight loss 3 months before surgery, complexity of surgical intervention, patient compliance. Each factor is assigned points from 1 to 3, summed up and the risk of postoperative complications is assessed.

EFFECT: method enables determining the groups of patients for whom the surgical treatment is indicated, which in turn enables improving the quality of assessing the risks of postoperative complications in comorbid patients with colon cancer.
