EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of the prediction of the onset of unfavorable cardiovascular events: progression of CHF with the transition to a more severe functional class of CHF according to NYHA, hospitalization for cardiovascular diseases, development of paroxysms of atrial fibrillation or registration of high-grade ventricular rhythm disturbances - III-V class according to Ryan, death in patients with chronic heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome within one year of follow-up after heart failure decompensation.
