A needle is pulled under the clavisternomastoid joint in a direction of a medial line of a breast bone, on border of average and its top third, slipping on back edge of a breast bone under the roentgenoscopy control. After that infiltration of preaortal and cardiac nervous plexuses using a 0.25% Novocain solution in a dose of 1.0 ml on kg of body weight is performed through a needle.

EFFECT: reduction of pain syndrome frequency, disturbances of cardiac rhythm, cupping of a spastic stricture of coronary arteries.
