FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardio-vascular surgery, intervention surgery. Coronarographic examination is performed to patients with ischemic heart disease. Roentgenometry of lumen of coronary arteries in the region of middle third of anterior interventricular artery, at the level of branching of diagonal artery of the second order, in the region of left coronary artery trunk, in the region of medial third of surrounding artery, at the level of discharge of branch of blunt edge of the first order, in the region of upper third of right coronary artery, at the level of branching of sinus node artery. Roentgenometry is performed two times: at the moment when phenomenon of coronary artery lumen narrowing is absent and at the moment of visualised narrowing of artery lumen. Diagnostic coefficient K is calculated by original mathematical formula, which includes the examined parameters. K value is used to state spasm of coronary arteries.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out differentiating diagnostics of coronary spasm and atherosclerotic affection of coronary arteries.
