FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: traction sutures with two needles on the extremities are applied previously through an edge of homotransplant stromal parts from opposite sides at carrying out of an endothelial keratoplasty with stripping of the Descemet's membrane. The Descemet's membrane is removed with damaged endothelium along the marked circular border through the cornea tunnel cut. The removed layers are replaced with a homotransplant of stroma back layers with the Descemete's membrane and endothelium. One suture with two needles is applied through the cornea tunnel cut through the aqueous chamber on its opposite side for homotransplant bracing. The suture is exteriorised through all cornea layers on a forward surface in a projection of the marked border. The homotransplant is pulled in the aqueous chamber using this suture. The second suture with needles is applied through a cornea tunnel cut to the aqueous chamber and exteriorised through all layers of a cornea on a forward surface in a projection of the marked border to the side of a tunnel cut. Both threads are fastened on a cornea forward surface without considerable tension.

EFFECT: prevention of transplant disposition and decrease of a false chamber formation risk in the postoperative period.
