FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: excision of the Descemet's membrane with the damaged endothelium is performed through a tunnel cut. The transplant stromal edge from dorsal layers with the Descemet's membrane and an endothelium are painted in advance: 5-6 points having 0.2 mm diametre are applied at regular intervals. The transplant is inserted into the aqueous chamber. Continuous laser radiation of the yag Laser with 0.532 microns wavelength, 500 microns diametre of the spot, 1-1.5 W power is applied to the transplant staining points.
EFFECT: prevention of transplant disposition and decrease of a false chamber formation risk in the postoperative period.
