FIELD: equipment for transporting and unloading containers with powder materials, including caulking materials, with the use of disposable flexible containers.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body, shaft performing rotational and translational motion, axial tapered pin connected to front bush end. Tapered pin cross-sections define profiles with sharpened edges for container shell material engagement during shaft movement. Connected to support are blades arranged parallel to shaft axis and used for cutting orifice in container shell. Blade edges extend outwards from front bush end. Device has additional blades for opening container shell and fixation thereof during shaft rotation. Additional blades are installed parallel to shaft axis and to blades for cutting orifice and secured to their own stationary supports. Additional blade lengths exceed that of blades for cutting orifice. Support for blades used for cutting orifice includes blade holding members connected to bush and defining cross-piece arranged in plane perpendicular to shaft axis. Additional blade supports are formed as cantilever bars fixedly connected to inner device body surface by one ends thereof and made as extension of blade holding members when shaft is translated to its extreme position. All blades have two-sided cutting edges composed of two parts along length thereof. Front part having greater length taper towards corresponding blade holding member or towards cantilever bar and has serrations formed on both sides thereof.

EFFECT: increased operational efficiency, reliability and stability, improved serviceability for container opening.
